Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as sale or purchased with a gift card are non-refundable.
  • Customer-Induced Damage: Items damaged or lost due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

Return Shipping Charges

  • Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee for returns.
